The Quantum Engineering Master's programme seeks outstanding students with a Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics awarded by an internationally recognised university. The programme starts in the fall semester.

Language requirements
The teaching language of this Master's programme is English. The current language requirements can be found under the following link.
In addition, the GRE General Test is compulsory for students who have obtained their Bachelor's degree diploma outside one of the EU/EFTA member states. For all students with a Bachelor's diploma from a university outside Switzerland, a GRE is highly recommended.
If required, the language certificate must be submitted by the application deadline at the latest.
Bachelor's degree
To qualify for admission to the Quantum Engineering programme, students are required to hold a Bachelor's degree in physics or electrical engineering (or similar) from an internationally recognised university.
Application Window
The application dates for the MSc in Quantum Engineering are those set by ETH for Master’s degree studies. Further information about applications for Master’s degree studies is provided by the admissions office of ETH.
Scholarships
ETH Zurich supports excellent Master's students with two scholarship programmes:
The Excellence Scholarship & Opportunity Programme (ESOP) supports students with a scholarship, mentorship and a network of the ETH Foundation. The scholarship covers the full study and living costs during the Master’s degree course.
The ETH-D Scholarship contains a partial stipend as well as additional offers by the Department (assistantship or additional scholarship).
There is only one application process for both Master scholarship programmes.
